La cifra di questo vino è una perfetta e vibrante armonia tra frutto, rocciosa mineralità e una stuzzicante vena salmastra. Naso marino di brezze salmastre, macchia mediterranea e nespole con aghi di pino. Sorso rinfrescante e stratificato: torna la nespola ma in composta, assieme a salvia fritta, nocciole e pesca bianca. Finale interminabile e balsamico.
